As we gear up to open a new location in Goodlettsville, now is the perfect time to rebrand in a way that clearly and simply states what we can provide to today’s worker.

In the past ten years, the way people work changed dramatically. For example, the internet allows people to be less tied to a corporate office location. As a result, industry experts expect work to become more flexible over the next ten years. In response, we simplified and focused our services to reflect the new normal.

Most importantly, our mission remains the same. Helping local businesses and entrepreneurs work more efficiently and effectively continues to motivate us. We want to provide affordable, professional, flexible workspace and business services to underserved areas of Nashville.

About 3LS Work|Spaces

At 3LS Work|Spaces, you can choose exactly the size and type of space that fits your current business needs. First, you can start with one of our Virtual Office Packages or Coworking Memberships. After that, you can add more services as needed. Finally, you can move up to a dedicated desk or private office when you are ready. Meanwhile, all members have access to meeting and training rooms, coworking areas, breakrooms, IT support, and admin support at all locations.

This new prime location on Conference Drive sits right beside Dollar General headquarters with immediate access to Vietnam Veterans Boulevard and I-65 South.  I-65 North and Long Hollow Pike are just a couple minutes away.

Since 2017, at least a dozen new workspaces have opened in Nashville, mostly in or around downtown.  We believe North Nashville deserves a professional flexible workspace as well. This new location offers first-class office space, meeting rooms, and coworking space to North Nashville, Sumner & Robertson counties, and all northern Middle Tennessee.

We offer:

  • 14 private offices ranging in size from 75 sq. ft. to 202 sq. ft.
  • 3 micro offices or quiet rooms (47 sq. ft. each)
  • 12 dedicated desk spaces
  • Several open seating areas for coworkers
  • Business address and other virtual office services
  • A large 10-12 person meeting room
  • A 660 sq. ft. training room that will seat 35-40 people

Goodlettsville Location Coming in 2019!

Nashville, TN: Perimeter Park Executive Center, a 3LS Company, will open a new Goodlettsville location in late spring/early summer. This prime location on Conference Drive is next door to the Dollar General headquarters campus.

The location also offers immediate access to Vietnam Veterans Boulevard and I-65 South.  Likewise, I-65 North and Long Hollow Pike are just minutes away.

When complete, the center will contain private office spaces in a variety of sizes. Meeting rooms and open and dedicated desk coworking spaces also available.  Clients can use both our new North and existing South Nashville locations for desk space and meetings.
