Nashville’s extensive network of interstate highways and over 100 freight terminals have made the city an important regional trucking center. Additionally, Nashville is a rail hub for the Southeast, serving local railroads that handle some 80 freight trains per day. Nashville International Airport (BNA) provides air service to almost 90 cities in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, averaging 388 arriving and departing flights daily.
Perimeter Park Executive Center is located at the epicenter of this activity. We are ideally located right off of I-24 at exit 56, close to the convergence center of the three major interstates – I-24, I-40, and I-65. This central location and immediate interstate access make the office easily accessible from any surrounding area. We are:
“The staff is friendly, courteous, and very professional. They also do a great job at greeting my clients and making them feel welcome. They go above and beyond to fulfill any requests that I have. PPEC has truly exceeded all of my expectations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs office space at a great value and a convenient location.”
– Alana Bryant, CPA – Owner/CEO – SB Consulting, LLC
“The Intermark Group leased office space from Perimeter Park Executive Center in 2011. Being new to Nashville, we had an urgent need to locate space that would provide easy access to the Interstate, be affordable, and which would beavailable for immediate occupation. After looking at several spaces, Intermark was proud to sign an agreement with Perimeter Park. Sherry Cheatham and Nancy Wike, both of Perimeter Park Executive Center management, made the experience extraordinary. They were both friendly, very quick to respond, and extended extra help and thoughtful ideas. Detail was taken on everything from our furniture agreement to providing interview space for us while we were staffing the office. The team was very responsive to our particular needs and always went above and beyond to provide the services and infrastructure we required. We view Perimeter Park as a good location. The staff at Perimeter Park Executive Center makes it extraordinary. Given the need again, we would welcome [the opportunity] to lease office space there in the future. We are happy to provide an extremely positive recommendation to anyone looking for a great place to do business that has a truly amazing support staff.” – Andrea Beaton, PMP , President, and Frank Eastman, CSM, Nashville Operations Manager – Intermark Group
“Convenient offices with professional staff. It’s easily accessible from all points of the greater Nashville area.”
– Lea Hunter, MFT, LPC-MHSP – Psychotherapist/Clinical Counselor
“I’ve had an actual office here and a virtual office here. It’s been perfect for me because I did not have to hire a permanent staff for my accounting business; I just asked this staff for help. The staff is always courteous & professional and being able to meet with clients in the conference rooms gives my business the image of stability that it needed. The easy entry and exit helps, too.” – David Murray, Owner – David Murray Business Services
“I have owned a transportation/logistics business for over 40 years. In that period of time, we have lived in several different cities and leased offices in all of those cities. I believe that when you get great service, it should be noted. I am writing this review because I believe that Perimeter Park Executive Center provides great service. My son and I originally had two offices, and we later added more staff. We had our offices with Perimeter Park from 1995 until my partial retirement in 2011. We were treated better than we were in any of the cities we had previously rented office facilities. In conclusion, Perimeter park is as good as it gets.”
– Ed Day, President – Day & Associates, Inc.
“I had an office at PPEC for several years until relocating to another city. It worked great for my needs. I was able to concentrate on growing my small business in a cost efficient way, but still have all the support I needed from PPEC. I would highly recommend them.” – Gina Embry, CFP – Quest Financial Group, LLC
“Awesome place to work! Nice and professional facility and atmosphere. Has all you need to succeed in business. Truly a great place to invite a client and impress with a professional staff that will represent your company. I recommended Perimeter Park Executive Suites to our staff after looking at several other leasing opportunities and found that Perimeter Park was the best solution for our new business venture. Thank you so much for all you do!.”
– Angie Dickinson, Sales – TrackPoint Systems, LLC
“I am happy to recommend the Perimeter Park Executive Center. It was our first agency office and a great place for a start-up. The staff supported our mission and provided first rate service, professional handling of incoming calls, and providing virtually all of the needs we had for equipment and services.”
– Ralph M. Kennedy, Executive Director – Tennessee Family Solutions, Inc.

Nashville is one of the few cities in America with THREE major interstates converging around it’s downtown area. Interstate 40 alone is one of the busiest routes in the county since it travels from the Atlantic to the Pacific. When you add in thousands of commuters coming into the area every morning, it is no wonder traffic around downtown is so bad!
Perimeter Park Executive Center is ideally located right off of I-24 at exit 56, close to the convergence center of I-24, I-40, and I-65, but far enough away to significantly cut down on time spent sitting in traffic. This central location and immediate interstate access make our office easily accessible from any surrounding area. Our clients commute from Murfreesboro, Mount Juliet, Lebanon, Hendersonville, and Gallatin, just to name a few areas.
By utilizing connectors like Briley Parkway and Donelson Pike, those coming from the north and east sides of Nashville can bypass downtown gridlock altogether. In fact, you could get to our location faster than it would take to get downtown, find (and pay for) a parking place, then hike to your building. And you would save at least 20 to 30 minutes versus driving to Brentwood.

Our less congested setting also offers an easy commute home. Our location right next to I-24 means that it takes only minutes to get from our parking lot to the interstate and on your way. No sitting in bumper to bumper traffic stopped at red lights for blocks and blocks just to find the interstate at a standstill.

In our e-commerce-driven world, it is easier than ever before to telecommute or start a home-based business. While many people enjoy the benefits of running a business or working from home – flexibility, less stress, healthier lifestyle, more work-life balance – there are some drawbacks as well. These can include distractions from other family members, isolation, and negative perceptions by others, including the impression that you lack a professional business image. Also, many people do not feel comfortable giving out their home address or phone number, or having clients come to their homes for meetings, and the local Starbucks isn’t always the best option or atmosphere in which to do business.
Perimeter Park Executive Center offers affordable, flexible business solutions tailored to the specific needs and budget of the home-based business owner or telecommuter. For as little as $150 per month, our Virtual Office Programs can give your business:
