Google Releases Security Update for Chrome – 10.18.17

If you use the Chrome browser, you should take a minute to be sure that it is updated to the latest version.

Step One:  Click on the three dots in the top right of the browser right under the (X).

Step Two:  Click on “Settings” – should be 3rd up from bottom.

Step Three: Click on the the three horizontal bars (“Main Menu”) next to “Settings” in top left of window that opens.

Step Four: Click on “About Chrome” at the bottom.  Chrome should automatically start checking for and downloading updates.

Step Five:  Click “Relaunch” when prompted.

This should probably be done weekly just to be on the safe side.
